Shipping Policy for Custom Events

Order Processing: To ensure that your products are fresh, all orders are processed for the needed by date that you provide. Orders must be placed 4 weeks prior to the date needed by or a rush order fee will be charged.

Shipping Methods: I offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can track your package.

Shipping Time: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. I am not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.

Damages & Issues: I take great care in packaging my products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, I am not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. This includes melted treats. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, I will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees apply.

International Shipping: At this time, I do not offer international shipping. I only ship within the United States.
